It was agreed to continue deliberations and hold concurrent hearings for Nampa and Star’s proposals on November 19th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm including lunch break, ensuring a coordinated decision on overlapping impact areas. Public testimony was NOT closed and will be available on the 19th!
